Very poor. I had my demat with them for more than 15 years. I got fed up with their poor service and finally requested them to close the account. Before closing they did not give me all the required data like Portfolio Statement which is of utmost importance to know the average price. They were delaying and took more than a month to close and trolled me. Finally, they said now we cannot give you the portfolio statement. If you want you calculate the average price from the holding statement.

Account freezed still charging very high fee. Inspite of so many requests for closure no action taken and charging me fee.
