Works well for what I need it to do. Kiddo calls or texts when he leaves school and arrives at his after-school location. Nice to have when he's outside playing in the neighborhood, and I need him to come home. GPS is only roughly accurate, so don't expect any location alerts to be precise. I've tried several family apps and GPS has always been vague and approximate at best, so I wasn't counting on this one being great. Happy with the watch overall.

Great...no issues, tracking could be more responsive. Honestly I'm 10,000X happier with Tick Talk than prior provider (Gabb); which is poo. List of the pros: The latest version/ (Tick Talk 5), full of features, has great battery life, is truly kid proof, easy to use, app is easy to navigate, and my kid likes his watch so much that he prefers using it over a cellphone. Customer service is great too.

My daughter set up a family group chat from her watch. We got the watch sim card replaced do to not functioning. I have no control over that group chat and now neither does she. Seems like a problem.

Keeps saying error, failed to load when just trying to open the app. And server error. Inconsistent, unreliable & would NOT RECOMMEND!!

Please tell me how the location can be off by 8 miles???? This is horrible and not reassuring for parents...

The location data is horribly wrong. I'm not talking just a little bit off. The location is off by MILES often, and I live in an area with Wi-Fi and mobile everywhere, so it shouldn't have such incorrect location data if the claims from the company are accurate. If you're hoping to use this to keep track of where your kid is, you're more likely to get panicked by incorrect location information than get an accurate result.

Feels like you're saying, “Be grateful for the crumbs.” Alarms and reminders won’t go off while charging or when DND is on—and there’s no way to let urgent alerts override that. You can’t view pictures or videos unless you're on the same network. That’s not peace of mind, especially for parents. Makes me wonder—are the people building this even parents? Or are they designing for a world where nothing bad ever happens? This could be great. Right now, it’s falling short.
