Great...no issues, tracking could be more responsive. Honestly I'm 10,000X happier with Tick Talk than prior provider (Gabb); which is poo. List of the pros: The latest version/ (Tick Talk 5), full of features, has great battery life, is truly kid proof, easy to use, app is easy to navigate, and my kid likes his watch so much that he prefers using it over a cellphone. Customer service is great too.

Works well for what I need it to do. Kiddo calls or texts when he leaves school and arrives at his after-school location. Nice to have when he's outside playing in the neighborhood, and I need him to come home. GPS is only roughly accurate, so don't expect any location alerts to be precise. I've tried several family apps and GPS has always been vague and approximate at best, so I wasn't counting on this one being great. Happy with the watch overall.

Feels like you're saying, “Be grateful for the crumbs.” Alarms and reminders won’t go off while charging or when DND is on—and there’s no way to let urgent alerts override that. You can’t view pictures or videos unless you're on the same network. That’s not peace of mind, especially for parents. Makes me wonder—are the people building this even parents? Or are they designing for a world where nothing bad ever happens? This could be great. Right now, it’s falling short.

Lately the app doesn't let you log in. It really defeats the purpose of using this product and investing in unreliable service. Parents be warned. If you need a reliable service this product is not it. It keeps giving network error and will not let you log in weeks and days at a time. Unreliable service on Tick talk app. Wrote to customer support a couple of times, no improvements. App would just stop working. You can't rely on Tick talk service.

My daughter set up a family group chat from her watch. We got the watch sim card replaced do to not functioning. I have no control over that group chat and now neither does she. Seems like a problem.

The Tick Talk 5 watch does not work. I had an older version that worked. Was recommended to go to 5. Stats offline. Almost useless now. Location, calls, taxes are inconsistent. Daughter can call out, but that's about all
