just wish shopify or whoever hadnt bought it only to close it. all the good things are destroyed :( perfect website, perfect shopping app. loads of amazing artists and brands. if shopify thinks i'll turn to their site/app after they close tictail, they are sorely mistaken. way to put your brand's trustworthiness with consumers and business parterns down the tube, my dude. anyway tictail's great and i hope they change their mind.

This app is a scam. They took me 230$ and they closed a shop.. You cannot be refunded by them because they dont have a customer service. Dont pay anything there you will lost your money !!!

The new "3 options" doesnt work correctly. It works on marketplace shop as 3 seperate drop down options but not in custom shop... It just looks like a bunch of weird words put together in custom shop (ex: "blue - 3 - 7")...it doesnt even show the options name/title so its clear what the actual options are. Please fix to make sense. To be clear, other than that new "3 options" mistake the app is good. Will change my 1 star review once someone acknowledges the issue or fixes it.

I can't start my own shop. Whenever I try it gives an internal error and this has been going on for several days. No help either from the faqs or the desktop version.
