I've been using Tidy for years, and I always get good cleaners. I've never had any complaints. They are so reasonably priced and every cleaner has been so nice and does a very thorough job. I also love that I can postpone, cancel or reschedule a cleaning whenever I need to.

I had a time-sensitive cleaning, and I followed the Tidy advice by originally scheduling two cleaners but they both canceled. So did the two subsequent cleaners. The final home keeper indicated that I canceled the cleaning when in fact she canceled because I asked her to wear a mask. I've had another home keepers say that I had canceled a cleaning when they failed to show up. I was charged the first time for a cancellation fee even when the Tidy concierge emailed me to say they would not charge me the fee (they did) or they would refund the fee (they didn't). I want to be assured that I will not be charged another fraudulent cancellation fee, so I am canceling your services and removing my billing information. I regret that I did not cancel your services in January when you charged the first fraudulent cancellation fee. This is unacceptable. Please improve your service because you are losing reputation and customers.

For clients who get their first cleaning, please don't expect miracles when you have a filthy house. This service is designed for clients who want to have regular cleanings which makes it easier to get optimum results. I've been with TIDY 4 years now and the people behind the app are shady. The app will double book cleaners and the client that gets cancelled will get a notification that the cleaner had a family emergency instead of TIDY notifying that they were double booked.
