I've been using Tidy for years, and I always get good cleaners. I've never had any complaints. They are so reasonably priced and every cleaner has been so nice and does a very thorough job. I also love that I can postpone, cancel or reschedule a cleaning whenever I need to.

Did not deliver on the same-day service promise. I placed the order at 9:30 a.m. Saturday with availability all day Sunday, and a 2:00 p.m. Sunday appointment was accepted. They couldn’t find a cleaner and didn’t notify me until 30 minutes before the appointment. By 3:00, I had to start cleaning myself and no longer had time to hire another company. Then I was told it could take 10 days to refund my money. Use an actual cleaning company, not this service.

I had a time-sensitive cleaning, and I followed the Tidy advice by originally scheduling two cleaners but they both canceled. So did the two subsequent cleaners. The final home keeper indicated that I canceled the cleaning when in fact she canceled because I asked her to wear a mask. I've had another home keepers say that I had canceled a cleaning when they failed to show up. I was charged the first time for a cancellation fee even when the Tidy concierge emailed me to say they would not charge me the fee (they did) or they would refund the fee (they didn't). I want to be assured that I will not be charged another fraudulent cancellation fee, so I am canceling your services and removing my billing information. I regret that I did not cancel your services in January when you charged the first fraudulent cancellation fee. This is unacceptable. Please improve your service because you are losing reputation and customers.
