Edit: I called the 24/7 support line for Tiger Connect and found that the issue was Android automatically logging in users using saved login info on their Google Accounts. Once I deleted the saved login info on my Google account, I was able to log in without any issues. Original: The APP keeps saying my password is incorrect, but will not get to the log in screen to let me correct it. Tried on two different phones and both do not work.

No longer allows custom sounds, even after changing the setting. The app appears broken. I can go in to choose sounds, but it won't actually play those sounds. It sounds like a quiet text message sound regardless of what I do. Dangerous for patient care.

Terrible app. It keeps logging me off for no reason. I have to log back in 5-10 times a day. I've tried uninstalling, restarting phone, and reinstalling multiple times, sometimes it's ok for a few days and most of the time its more of the same log-out, log back in business. Does not send me a notification when I receive a message, not even for urgent messages. Notifications are allowed on my phone. Just a horrible, no good app that's required for my job.

Sounds/alerts just updated, but I cannot pick specific alert for Tiger Connect, which I had done before update for clinical reasons. Please either fix or let me know how I can assign a specific alert to Tiger Connect
