This is a good app! But, this will be better if you guys please add self-cleaning button in your app. My tine co doesn't give any response if I push the self-cleaning button

There are no issues with the app. The issue is with people not understanding technology. Your mobile phone needs to be connected to a 2.4ghz Wi-Fi channel. You must enable all the permissions it is asking for (mostly detecting nearby & Camera). The app requires taking a photo of the serial number of your machine. You can go and remove the camera access later on. If it is not auto-detecting, search your EXACT model. There are various S6 versions and mine was the One Floor.

Bogus Products don't last long w reg usage. Cheap material put together cheaply also. App thing is garbage. Cordless should Come w A optional power cord cuz on high power it dyes real fast. Takes all day to do the chores. Urgh. Highly Overpriced Don't let the words IONIC, CORDLESS, N Wi-Fi CAPABLE FOOL YOU.

Glad I bought this ridiculously priced vacuum for it to not connect to the app anymore. So the self-cleaning function is just non-existent. What a joke.

App isn't great and customer service is poor or non-responding. I tired to connect with a s3 via Wi-Fi with the app. It was difficult. They need a better wizard or flow for that. Once connected via the app over a week passed and no response since the tap here to forward the issue to customer service, and we will ll get back to you in 1 business day option was selected. I tried calling the number a few times but nobody home. S3 was great when it worked.
