This is a good app! But, this will be better if you guys please add self-cleaning button in your app. My tine co doesn't give any response if I push the self-cleaning button

There are no issues with the app. The issue is with people not understanding technology. Your mobile phone needs to be connected to a 2.4ghz Wi-Fi channel. You must enable all the permissions it is asking for (mostly detecting nearby & Camera). The app requires taking a photo of the serial number of your machine. You can go and remove the camera access later on. If it is not auto-detecting, search your EXACT model. There are various S6 versions and mine was the One Floor.

I am an engineer and after an hour, still couldn't figure out how to connect to the vacuum cleaner. There's no way anyone uses this app.

Useless app. In what century are we that the devices can only connect to 2.4G?! I did everything to downgrade my Wi-Fi to accommodate this ancient speed but nothing worked. Super disappointed because the app is the only way to set the custom cleaning mode.
