I've been with Ting for about 7 years now and have been nothing but pleased with their service, app, customer support, etc. When you call you get someone answering the phone straight away, and they just help you! No ridiculous phone tree, no passing you off to another department, it's crazy I tell you. The app itself has no issues, nice UI and all that. Can't beat all this for less than $20/mo. I am a ting fanboi for life

Great Data plans.. so many dropped calls.. The Customer Service has been excellent 👌

Ting is absolutely the best phone provider on the planet. They have been there for me so many times. There have been times when I didn't have service bc I was going thru tough times and they turned my phone on for me anyway. No other phone provider on the planet will do that! Yes, I am greatly indebted to Ting for their kindness and understanding that sometimes times are tough. And I'm not kidding when I say as long as Ting is around I will be a customer for life!

My bill is $15 per month for unlimited talk/text and then data is $5 per GB, i normally use less than 2GB per months so i never pay more than $25-30 per month for one line. Kinda nice.
★★☆☆☆
The service is great my problem is with the app being useless. I swear I use to be able to buy more data on the app and even look at other plans. I've been in quarantine and I don't have wifi. It just seems silly that I have to actually log in on the website just to do that.
★★☆☆☆
App refuses to even let me log in, telling me my username/password are wrong. Exact same login lets me in at the website.
★★☆☆☆
Poorly designed. Its too basic. Really don't need the app everything you need to do involving your account you have to do on website anyway.
★★☆☆☆
This app is as bad as their website it doesn't do a thing. I'm really becoming disappointed with Ting as a business partner.
