Hello Titan Team, I used One+ Phone. There are many problems in this application such as connectivity issue with automatic generator sms is flash on display every 30 minutes duration. Another major issues is that one more message flash in display, Sorry, Please try again later.... and Call history and details not showing in watch, only showing sms history only. Also sometime music will not operate through Titan Watch. I request to You please make solution for our easy operation. Thank You!!

This app is not working escalated on email also with video and snaps, whenever trying logging the message was login failed and whenever trying changing password the message is Network failed. I have a jio fiber at home with strong network bandwidth, please help to login and sync up with my smartwatch. Email also sent to the concerned, but it's 3 days gone now and no resolution from Titan customer support, I fed up with the watch now no use of using this.

I can't login in this app. It says network unavailable even though I have checked my network, and it is working fine. I also tried to make new ID and forgot password option, but it says the same thing "network unavailable". Resolve this bug

Even negative 5-star rating is less for this app. Worst customer support. Always get disconnected from watch. It gets log out from mobile and when I try to log in again, it is not allowing me to log in. I uninstalled the app, and surprisingly it is now not getting download also. I am using my watch like a normal watch from last 1 week. Please don't waste your money in this watch. Worst product and even worst app support
