Tell Toolkit what you do and where you work. A chat builds the site, and you change it later in that same chat. Customers request a quote from the page. You see it on your phone, mark it read, and confirm the visit. You do not have to be at a desk to answer.

JOB SITES
Every job gets a place. Take photos as you go: how it looked when you arrived, the work in progress, and the finished result. If you work alone, that record is yours, for the customer and for the next time someone asks what you did. If you run a crew, you can see what is happening on each site without driving to all of them.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATES
Photograph the card. Toolkit keeps the dates and reminds you before something expires. On your own, that is one less renewal you miss. If you employ people, you can see who is current, who is coming due, and who has already lapsed.
