The Touchcom Plus app is an integral part of the Touchcom building access control and visitor system. Touchcom users can use the app to set up a video and voice call with a visitor using the Touchcom touchscreen at the front door and to grant them access to the building.

The app is an improvement over the old one but still the service is terrible. No support when things break, a change of name on the door is taking months, no answer over email. And the actual intercom part is lousy, with really bad audio quality. The app also tends to log you out when you answer the bell. Terrible, just stay away from it.
