Very Bad experience with Townzapp. I am using this app from 2020 September (total 23 orders). So far I have not had any major problems with townzapp except once. ie shop side problem. Today i have order several items on 9.00 Am. But delivered at 5.00 PM. Several items damaged. Very bad experience with delivery boy. I called to office, and one owner of townzapp. They all are not take it seriously. So I suggest to all who download this app, please dont waste your time and happy. Dont use please.
