★★☆☆☆ It appears as though this app is useless if your technicians have windows ad authentication enabled. It will not work, you cannot type in your credentials. Useless...

★★☆☆☆ Cannot view notes at all, clicking on the notes closes the app, crashes randomly and becomes unresponsive at times.

★★☆☆☆ Android version of Track it crashes when reviewing notes which is a critical functionality for technicians and agents. Works fine otherwise.

★★☆☆☆ App crashes when creating a new support ticket, or trying to open the notes of a ticket. Android ver 10 on Lg V405UA30d
