I have not seen software and support worse than this in my life! Even govt support decades back was better than Alice blue. Login here is not possible even if I can log on to Ant. Chat support non-existent, email has no response, phone switched off. It has been over a month officially asking for support!! Absolutely pathetic. These guys exist only to earn account opening charges, nothing more!! I wish there was a negative rating.

COVID-19 event has given an excuse to all the corporate offices to become very pathetic about the customer service & help to customers. All of these offices are as if running on autopilot, with each customer to himself, & if emergency in midair then jump out of the aircraft. It's as if in COVID-19 all staff are out of job and sitting at home. I needed help to guide me start the algo trading, but I need to bang my head on the wall but no one to answer my problems

Cannot log in through ANT account...1) while creating acc, it had asked me few personal questions. Now while logging in, It asked wrong back up questions and moreover when I clicked on log in, it showed "Internal Error". Quality is way too low... Develop and test it properly before releasing app. Sorry If I am harsh. I am paid customer, so I have right to expect best from you.
