★★★★★ App works. Vaule of old phone is nothing but that is what I expected.

★★☆☆☆ For a start to see that in best case scenario I'll lose 88% of the phone value in less than 2 years says it all, however, even with this in mind the app doesn't work, no trade ID has been generated for no reason. Can't understand why wouldn't they fix these issue specifically they just introduced the new note 20 Such a disgrace for a company like Samsung

★★☆☆☆ Absolute waste of time wet through the entire process aren't to be told unable to provide a quote.... Ridiculous. I went against my better judgement and downloaded even though everyone had given a one star rating wish I could give it 0 absolutely useless
