Love this app and program. Love that it is an all-in-one. Tracks macros, water, weight. Has scanner for food, provides recipes and workouts are in this app as well. Also has community link to private Facebook which really helps with motivation. Chris and Heidi really did put everything on this app. Some glitches but nothing more than any other app. Especially since they are constantly improving it.

This app is great motivation for keeping track of macros. It provides recipes and suggested meals, along with reminders to hydrate, update progress, etc. My Fitbit is synced to add my steps to the transform IQ app. I have only two issues. I create my meals in advance, but if I decide to change something, I cannot delete one item from a meal. I have to delete the entire meal and start over. Also, when I lose an inch, I don't see my past measurements. Pounds lost are on a graph that is confusing.

The best fitness app there is!!! Food, workouts, everything is here!!! Many workouts and levels to choose from along with every meal plans you can think of .keto, low-carb, high carb, muscle building, lean out. Love it!!!

The exercise portion has some good workouts, but they are not very easy to follow. The supposed help is non-existing. The only help I get is from others who have purchased the app. But, you will constantly get emails trying to sell you their shakes and boosters. So, not exactly what they advertise. I will not renew. Also, I have followed it very well. For 40. Days and I have gained 2 pounds. Pretty angry about this.

This is the second time I have purchased the 3-month program. The first time I toned up quickly in a few weeks. Came back because I got results. I can play music while using the app. I can see demo videos of the exercises. I can toggle the voices on or off easily. This is really a great app. From the nutrition to the exercises to being able to change the program whenever, this is worth the money. A lot of poor reviews complain about simple adjustments that are easily made. This is not a follow along with a video workout app. You can view demos of the exercises and then do them. Seriously hands down best app I've come across. Let's see if Chris and Heidi can get me down 15 more pounds.
