I am going to close my TJSB account because of this pathetic app. The app does not load most of the time. When I try to verify the SIM it says 'Poor Network Connection' all the time.

The app in NON-Functional since last one week. Every time we get a poor network connectivity screen. The customer support does not respond to mails. On phone, they say there is some technical problem, so we have kept the app closed. The issue will be resolved in 2–3 days. But NO resolution as yet. How a leading co-op bank like TJSB can keep the app non-functional for such a long period ? Customers are unable to send money or pay bills through upi using this app as there is no access.
