Haven't had a problem with the app. I am able to log in and pay my bill with conformation number. Got a reminder that my bill is due today. Went to my app, and it's saying they have a new version of app to download it from app store, but it didn't tell me what it's called. What is the new app called?

Terrible top of terrible the app will tell you your bill is due one day just for your lights to be cut off, and they'll see that it says it on their end and still charge you 25 plus the bill to cut it on don't mess with rhis service app not absolutely hate them happened on 4 different occasions

Auto Draft Issue The app has issues with saving auto draft information. When I tried to confirm my information it showed blank fields. Doing this must have deleted my over draft info.

Why does the App ask for a cvv number suddenly yet have no place to enter a cvv code? UPDATED REVIEW STILL NO PLACE TO ENTER CVV NUMBER FROM BACK OF CREDIT CARD Fix it soon or this app becomes USELESS

I'm a tara energy customer. And this app doesn't work more often than it does. If you're going to suggest to your customers to ise this app for our main point of contact then fix the bugs.
