They did an update, and now I can't submit my credit card payment. I have to go through the website. So what's the point of the app if I can't make payments?

What is the purpose of spending the time and money to make an app that literally does nothing but show you a bill and let you pay it. This can be done via the website. Showing previous usage for a bill that's already been generated and sent out is pointless. I just signed up with them so I shall see if they're any good. The EFL with them was cheaper than everyone else. Let's see how the service is.

App not logging on after update. This company makes it extremely difficult to pay them. I haven't even received a bill, and the website doesn't work. Stay away from this company!
