I'm not sure if they are incompetent, dubious, or they don't give a toss about their customers. I made transaction on 3/06/24, the transaction was cancelled and up till now (22/06/24), I have been chasing for a refund. Each time I speak to customer service, all I get are loads of pleases and promises of refund. I haven't used this app in a long time, I decided to try them again; worst mistake. I should have stuck to the other the app that I have been using. My advice stay away from Transfer.
