The service was taken over from Commute by the Tranzigo team and since has only been frustrating for daily commuters. The buses run 15–30 minutes late on average, the staff is unprofessional, no GPS tracking for the bus, inability to choose a seat while booking, maintenance and AC issues are a common excuse for subpar service, non-existent customer support. Overall the Tranzigo team have managed to mess up a previously smooth-running, dependable service from point A to point B.

Worst app ever, there is no payment gateway, super inconvenient and shady asf. Save yourself and do not transfer money blindly to their bank account directly.

I booked a monthly return ticket from my stop. I was informed two days later that the bus stopped plying on that route. Refund the money.
