Great business idea, but POORLY executed. Logistics and operations are not ready to support the business. Order went missing and deliveries are ALWAYS late.

Ordered an item and paid for it. Then it appears as 3 orders in my account each with a different collection date. The messages sent to me from group buy were auto deleted. The group says collection on Saturday with no instruction on how to collect but which Saturday? Texting the group buy was useless as there was no reply. Good concept but very poor app execution. I want a refund of my order. I sent a WhatsApp to tree dot under contact us link but no reply as well.

There are items indicated as halal when there is pork and wine contents. Examples from dumpling zhang: chives and pork dumpling indicated as halal. Please be sensitive towards our muslim buyers.
