Quit working on Day 2 of a survey I was doing. The app is telling me I need to contact someone with the survey to get a reactivation code, but unfortunately they do not work weekends so now the whole thing is probably screwed up, and I won't be able to complete it.

Pretty useless. The phone number was wrong for my doctor and the rest of it was never filled in for me.
