Description
The Trimble® DL (Data Logging) application enables data logging of GNSS raw data with current Trimble GNSS receivers with Bluetooth® communication that support data logging.
The Trimble DL application is a simple tool to perform a Fast-Static or Static GNSS Survey, manage data files on the receiver and email raw data files to the office.
The Trimble DL application allows you to enter the station information of the point surveyed, along with the GNSS antenna information. Once the station information is entered, tap the Measure Point button to start logging GNSS raw data files to the receiver memory. You can use the application to view all logged raw data files stored on the receiver. You can email the raw data files to your office directly from the Android device.
The following Trimble GNSS receivers are supported by the Trimble DL application, using the most current GNSS firmware version available: • Trimble R780, Trimble R580 • Trimble R12, Trimble R12i • Trimble R10, Trimble R10 LT • Trimble R8s, Trimble R8s LT • Trimble R8 - Model 2, 3, 4 • Trimble R6 - Model 2, 3, 4 • Trimble R4 - Model 2, 3 • Trimble R2 • Trimble R9s • Trimble R7 GNSS • Trimble NetR9 Geospatial

Awesome app. I use it a lot. This app will let you collect static and fast static data without the data collector. This feature was trimble weak point vs other major survey GPS brands, the fact that you can start a static session without a data collector. I remember using Topcon's receiver that with a button will start logging, not with Trimble, you always had to use the data collector just for that. Not anymore! Thanks, Trimble.

Incredibly useful app! Works with R8s. Potentially confusing when working with multiple receivers because the UI always shows the last set of input parameters (e.g. pt. num., ant. Ht.) even though other values update when you connect to different recivers; but, the parameter value ate written to the file at the start of session so it works correctly. Quick and easy to do a static shot and send the file to yourself.

Can't connect. R10 sn 8175, nexus 6p, will not connect. System Bluetooth sees rover but Trimble app cannot. Any ideas

App does not work with the R980 receiver. Every time it connects to the receiver via Bluetooth the app freezes and stops responding.

Email data file, I was trying to send a base file of 8mb. Couldn't do after many attempts also. It is working for smaller files only.
