VCS Consignee App is a Consignment Tracking Solution for Consignee users which allows the Consignee users to track the Consignments reaching them along with Real Time ETA helping in managing the Unloading of the Consignments.

1. Nearby Vehicles: Vehicles in the 50kms from the Consignee will be displayed in this section .
2. At Consignee Vehicles: Vehicles detained at the Consignee.
3. Map View: Map View displays the current location of the Vehicles.
4. Trail: Shows trail of consignment from Dispatch to POD or current time and displays device triggered events in different icons and colors.

I forgot the login password. I tried many times to reset the password but OTP page is not coming to enter the OTP. I emailed many more times but no reply is coming. So I think customer support is very bad.

The app should work in smart for consignee like stoppage highlighted in red color and duration of stoppage should display, route deviation should be detected, live location update get triggered on the map when user viewing, Estimated arrival should display, push notification to alert consignee if stoppage detected, further should display truck Owner contact no or driver contact no. App needs to improve lot. I knew Trimble in the field long year but need above excellence instead of basic info.
