A useful app for the guys on site, but not easy to look up basic information - it comes up with screeds of data that is not useful to site crews. Needs to be a simple way of paring down the information presented to just some very simple basics. App sometimes crashes when opening too.

Keeps "processing download" and doesn't even let me open stored files. I shall google for a ketchup viewer apk instead.

Crashes, won't open updated versions of files (crashes while syncing). Trimble: what the hell is going on? Is this supposed to replace the Ketchup viewer app which stopped working a few months ago? Please get rid of this new garbage and restore the functionality of the old app! We pay for Ketchup Pro and viewing our models in the field is mandatory! I currently don't have a way to do that

Does this company not test their app before launching it? It doesn't work at all. Bring back sketchup viewer. It worked.
