Just doesn't work! Looking for something to share Ketchup files as the previous viewer (which did work mostly) has stopped being supported and the Ketchup Web app doesn't really work on Android. I tried to view a file and after 10 minutes waiting for it to download/launch nothing happened, just said 'processing file (spelled wrong!) or 0%'. Complete waste of time. Please give us something that fits what it says it's going to do!

Crashes, won't open updated versions of files (crashes while syncing). Trimble: what the hell is going on? Is this supposed to replace the Ketchup viewer app which stopped working a few months ago? Please get rid of this new garbage and restore the functionality of the old app! We pay for Ketchup Pro and viewing our models in the field is mandatory! I currently don't have a way to do that

Keeps "processing download" and doesn't even let me open stored files. I shall google for a ketchup viewer apk instead.
