I want to love this service, but it has issues. You can't always open the barrier on the way out of the car park with this app. Sometimes it says your ticket isn't in use, sometimes it just won't connect. The customer service number in the app doesn't work so there is nobody to talk to when it goes wrong.

Do not use. App didn't work when I tried to exit the car park. I had to get the attendant to lift the gate. No response from the contacts provided for the app (phone and email). Terrible service.
