Really sad. Since 11 September 2026 I placed a withdrawal which was executed successfully.the money has left my Trove account but has not hit my Bank account. Numerous emails and chats no single response. This is terrible I would request you attend to these thanks.

Why would a withdrawal be executed when the account number is non-operational, does it even make sense, you guys keep moving funny and funnier, to think the withdrawal was initially failed then executed, and the one that's now executed didn't show where it was executed to and with no service charge deduction.... And the money is yet to be refunded back to my wallet because it obviously couldn't have gone to an account that I have change.

This app is annoying I created a Nigerian profolio account and put funds in it only for my funds to not reflect and till now the funds are still missing, and I haven't gotten a refund and their customer service is bad, they hardly respond, or they choose which message to respond to, I will suggest you check the reviews first before investing with this app

I created and deposited into my NG portfolio, and it is more than 96 hours my account hasn't been created, my money hasn't been deposited or reversed, your customer service is dead and no channels is responding.
