Trove App is one of the best for trading, with the Trove University section where I learned more about finances, savings, investments, stocks, and all. Excellent as there is a Demo Trading mode where I learned about trading without real money until I fully understood it and started trading.

First off, your customer service is terrible, they don't reply at crucial times, and the main issue at hand that brought me here is that, I suddenly can't see my Lafarge or HBMNG stocks among my portfolios when I didn't sell it, so where did it go, I initially thought it was some kind of glitch, but it's been days and my the stock is nowhere to be found. I just can't wait to sell off all my stocks and ditch this frustrating app for good, it's been one problem to another with this terrible app.

They've not improved their customer service. They say you will be notified by mail when you get a reply, but I was not. Sent money to fund my account, money was debited but ive not been credited in my trove account. I'm honestly thinking of liquidating my portfolio and migrating to bamboo. Which is sad because ive been building my Trove portfolio longer, a full 5 years before I created bamboo. I sent money, it didn't reflect, messaged customer care, didn't get an email notification even in spam

Why would a withdrawal be executed when the account number is non-operational, does it even make sense, you guys keep moving funny and funnier, to think the withdrawal was initially failed then executed, and the one that's now executed didn't show where it was executed to and with no service charge deduction.... And the money is yet to be refunded back to my wallet because it obviously couldn't have gone to an account that I have change.
