I use this application because my financial payee services put me on this prepaid debit card through this services, so I've downloaded their application, and it's very simple to use your information doesn't get taken away from you, it's safeguarded and remains only seen by those that you want to have your information just those people nobody else has any right with your personal information unless you give it up to them willingly and then that's one you because you wanted them to know about it. Ok

There isn't enough space to explain all the issues. The app does not support the browser saving password. The process for activating the card is ridiculously complicated. You can't login to the website if you have the spp installed because it opens the app instead. But you have to activate on the website. What's worse is that customer service kept me on hold for 30 minutes before an automated voice told me to call back at another time.

This app is horrible! I can't even sign in & see my balance. I hate using it, but I was told by my payee that I don't have a choice. I can't even get notifications when I get paid. I need to be extremely patient & try not to just close the app & don't even know my balance.

This card is horrible I cannot access any help I need im in california and I cannot get through to service on eastern time zome uou block my purchases and they don't even show up my admin has no blocks on my card, yet it still declined my transactions when I have a balance I hate being limited by your bank not my admin to where I can use it I can't even set up payment plan on credit because I can't access routing numbet or acct number u control where and how I can spend MY MONEY AND I HATE YOUR POLICYS
