For some reason when you open the app and put in your information, you have to make the screen on your phone smaller so that you can hit me okay button!!!! 👍 👌

Called to report fraudulent charges on my Card. The agent said she would be glad to help me. However, when I mentioned there were 15 fraudulent charges from Instacart (never deal with Instacart, they will never stop charging your card) the representative disconnected my call that I held 15 minutes for. She disconnected the call intentionally. She had every bit of my information and yet did not bother to call me back. SHE DID NOT WANT TO BE THE ONE TAKE THIS CALL. Switching to Chime NOW this is BS

The app itself is fine, although limited with functionality. I have to go on the website to do a lot. I used to be able to use my fingerprint to log in to the app, now, it won't even save my username. So, I have to type in my username and pw every time. Can this be fixed?

There isn't enough space to explain all the issues. The app does not support the browser saving password. The process for activating the card is ridiculously complicated. You can't login to the website if you have the spp installed because it opens the app instead. But you have to activate on the website. What's worse is that customer service kept me on hold for 30 minutes before an automated voice told me to call back at another time.
