I love TRUIST. I was a banker for 24 years, first at several smaller banks, and finally at Bank of America, where I was an executive vice president for Commercial Lending. Unfortunately, I became ill from the mold that was in many, if not most of their buildings. I won't go through the horror of being exposed to mold for many years, and having the Bank not support one in ANY WAY. HORRIBLE!!!!! Not compatible with my Samsung OR my IPad! So what are my options, buy a knew phone or tablet OR change banks? I'm going with the latter! Never had an issue with Sun trust, worked on all my devices... so frustrating

This app is sucks! Warning your Samsung phone is not compatible. It is brand-new Samsung and other banks' app are working fine. Why not Truist or Sun Trust?

I'm frustrated after downloading the app. I can't sign in it says it doesn't recognize me. I go through the chat, and I'm supposed to wait for someone to help me. I had no problems with Sun Trust. So every time I want to do anything with my account I need to go through your website. Very unethical and unprofessional.
