TrustOne enables organizations to securely manage, share, and verify healthcare test data, matched with user identities.
TrustOne is a one-stop shop for organizations to efficiently manage that their passengers, guests and employees are compliant to their health screening requirements.
REGISTRATION Users can enroll on a mobile optimized website. Depending on the use case, registration might include different data to be provided, or features like appointment booking or online payment.
For cruise ship passengers we advise to simply use the public web portal.
TRUSTONE ID TrustOne app can be used to identify users in a safe and touchless way via their digital TrustOne ID (in QR code format) during testing appointments or when entering an event (e.g. boarding to a plane).
SELF SAMPLING In case of self-testing (available in certain countries), users can us the app to register their test kit by scanning the barcode on the kit.
TEST RESULT Users can access their test results via the TrustOne app, and save their test certificate as a PDF file.
COMPLIANCE CONTROL Users might be required to show their TrustOne ID while entering the service provider's premises to check their testing compliance.

Booked test and only later read reviews, so was a bit worried, but: Tested on sampling site Friday evening, about midnight email about recieving sample into laboratory, result (negative) on Saturday afternoon. Came by email as well as appeared on the app. Flying on Sunday. So very happy with the process.

Was advised by email my Day 5 Test to Release Covid Result was available on the App two days ago, but when I log in - there are no results. Eurofins cannot be contacted (recorded message and mailbox full) and haven't responded to any of my emails. There doesn't appear to be any way to contact TrustOne.

AVOID When registering the test kit the app assumes that's when you take the test, but it wasn't - I was just getting organised.. No way to change this. Eurofins helpline sound helpful but they can't get anything done. Email is a waste of time as no reply and lack of read receipt suggests they don't even read them. . Will now be paying more for next day tests tomorrow and claiming the cost back from Eurofins who should be removed from the government approved list immediately. AVOID
