Comments on TrustOne App for Android

★★★★★ Booked test and only later read reviews, so was a bit worried, but: Tested on sampling site Friday evening, about midnight email about recieving sample into laboratory, result (negative) on Saturday afternoon. Came by email as well as appeared on the app. Flying on Sunday. So very happy with the process.

★★★★★ I was afraid because I've already bought the test when I saw all the bad reviews. Luckily, I didn't have problem, the test came 24h after I ordered it and I called eurofins before the 24h because I was a bit stressed but they had the result and they sent it to me.👍🏾👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿

★★★★★ Left test in drop box on Saturday morning and had results next day, 9am. Happy with service and would use again.

★★☆☆☆ Eurofins what a joke scam company did my 5 day test 3 days ago still no response in app say waiting for results no contact with company avoid for all cost waste of money and time scammers !!!!!!!??

★★☆☆☆ Was advised by email my Day 5 Test to Release Covid Result was available on the App two days ago, but when I log in - there are no results. Eurofins cannot be contacted (recorded message and mailbox full) and haven't responded to any of my emails. There doesn't appear to be any way to contact TrustOne.

★★☆☆☆ AVOID When registering the test kit the app assumes that's when you take the test, but it wasn't - I was just getting organised.. No way to change this. Eurofins helpline sound helpful but they can't get anything done. Email is a waste of time as no reply and lack of read receipt suggests they don't even read them. . Will now be paying more for next day tests tomorrow and claiming the cost back from Eurofins who should be removed from the government approved list immediately. AVOID
