★★☆☆☆ I have been attempting to access my Trustpilot account for over 24 hours! I have received over 50 forgotten password confirmation codes! None of which work! I have attempted to contact their customer service, no reply! This is an absolute joke of a company! I have even tried to use the app with the same results! This is one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had with any company. Absolutely disgusting.

★★☆☆☆ Very bad app. Can't even sign in because of the ads. Selected Sign in with Facebook, and after confirming my Facebook login details, the app shows a full screen advert and asks to sign in all over again. Keeps looping between login and adverts.
