I have been a member of this bank for more than 30 years. While I initially expected the new technology to be challenging, the staff was very helpful. The employees have always maintained a professional demeanor, both in appearance and in their interactions. The facilities are well-maintained and clean. I would certainly recommend this bank, even though it is a credit union.

WORST APP EVER. Not compatible with my device anymore? The update is saying the developers have no longer made the app compatible with my phone!! How is that helpful?

I wish TVFCU would have done a better job of letting us know that they were updating their app, and it won't work on Android device lower than 13, however I went to the website, and they said lower than Android 9. Now I see response to reviews are saying less than 13. I'm so glad you felt no need to notify us that you were doing this update. I'm supposed to buy a new phone just for your app. I have other bank accounts that work just fine. I'll be using those other bank accounts.
