After 4 years working for The Waiting Game I can comfortably say this is the best staffing agency I have worked for and their new app now makes working for them even easier. There are some minor bugs I have noticed on launch on the Android version, but nothing that particularly damages the user experience, £ signs are replaced with ? Marks and updating details on your profile currently causes the app to crash.

The new update is terrible. I cannot sign the terms of arrangement agreement. My partner also couldn't seem to get it to work. I have shifts booked and currently cannot see them because of the new update. Please fix ASAP.

If I could give 0 stars I could. The last 5 shifts I've signed up to I've been cancelled at the last minute, despite having signed up months ago and paying for parking/accommodation in advance. I've actually lost money through this app. Employers overbook employees and cancel them at the last minute. Really great app if you're looking for a way to ruin your plans! Oh also, the app never loads properly, and I haven't been paid for one of the days and the bonuses never get paid. 0/10.

Awful company. The app is very poorly designed and clashes a lot. They text you on multiple numbers so impossible to keep track Cancel shifts. Tried to con me our of a hire rate. And they also owe me about £300 Don't use them for work use limber instead they respect their uses much more
