I forgot to pay for my parking upon arrival 🙃 I contacted the support team via there website, and it was all sorted I did not get a parking fine all I had to do was pay for the parking that was missed. The support team was realy friendly too 😃

Terrible app for such a simple process. To add a card to the 'wallet' is impossible. App requires all card details to be entered, then verified in your banking app. When you back to twin pay app it goes back to beginning of the process. Got caught in this loop several times and gave up and paid at machine. Rubbish app.

No way to use digital wallet on one's phone or a third party payment app like PayPal etc. with this app. Have to hand over personal details and payment card details including CVV to the app which is not possible if you're in the car park without your physical card. In my case, the car parks payment machine was faulty and there was only one machine and couldn't use this app and so ended up getting a parking notice charge.
