Parking is more expensive and more annoying with the stupid app. Totally pointless. Just a money grab by Evanston. Absolute scum local government nickel and diming the citizens with service fees and other BS just to park.

Hard to use, and I get tickets because the app does not send me notifications. The biggest problem is the app will not send me notifications. There are no settings in the app itself, which is dumb, and when I look in my phone's app settings, it says notifications are blocked for this app and the option to turn on notifications is grayed out, so it's impossible to turn on. I've gotten a couple parking tickets because I did not know my time was about to expire.
