Had a major issue with billing that was resolved in about an hour thanks to the intervention of the app developer.

Super convenient! And safer, not having to touch the pay station buttons! =)

If you have to pay to park, this is the best way.

I upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy S9, and now I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app every time I use it. If I fail to do so, the app starts to open and then just freezes indefinitely. Since I still have funds in my Park Evanston wallet, I have to keep using it for now. This app stinks.

Too difficult to make app work on a different phone when you already have an account. Also requires a Parking Zone Code which is not available when this is being done somewhere else.

Had to delete my old account to use a new number, now cannot add card

Screen never loads beyond the logo, so now I'm back to paying with quarters. What a let-down

Hard to use, and I get tickets because the app does not send me notifications. The biggest problem is the app will not send me notifications. There are no settings in the app itself, which is dumb, and when I look in my phone's app settings, it says notifications are blocked for this app and the option to turn on notifications is grayed out, so it's impossible to turn on. I've gotten a couple parking tickets because I did not know my time was about to expire.
