Generally, this is a good app, however I have gotten a few parking tickets because the reminder that the meter is going to expire goes off 5 minutes before its expiration. It is easy to get distracted or forget to come back in a few minutes to extend the time. It would be nice to have a Snooze feature, for example. I can set a timer on my phone, but that's an extra step that shouldn't be necessary.

9.2.17's user interface is BAD. Typing in the space number often fails to find the space. Even when the button for the space is found, it's sometimes grayed out with no reason given. Either way, the user is stuck in limbo. Congratulations – you've created a worse user experience than before! This poorly-thought-out redesign is inferior to the low-tech but reliable method of feeding coins into a meter. The parking time scrollbar is asinine compared to the old menu of hours and minutes.

I hadn't used this much for the past year or so, but just used it today and the new interface is terrible. Not at all Intuitive and I never did figure out how to add a little extra time to my session. It used to be easy.

New version of the app is totally broken and has the worst user interface I've encountered in a long time. Having to drag a slider that is inaccurate to pick my park time, is frustrating an unintuitive. The whole thing is a mess. Won't let me extend my parking anymore, so I have to start a new session every time - which they charge $0.30 for each time.
