As of right now it's broken and won't let me log in. Hope they fix it. If they do, I'll remove the 1 star. Update, they helped me fix the issue. All I had to do was uninstall app, power cycle phone then reinstall the app. It works fine now.

Convenient fir parking downtown. You can do everything from the app, even add more time even if you're not by your vehicle.

Required $10 minimum wallet funding for any amount of parking. It's a scam to anyone visiting the city for the day. As far as I can tell there are no refunds.

What a horrible non-intuitive app. I don't understand how to add payment to my buffalo roam wallet. I got zones where I can't use my credit card directly. I press on all kinds of buttons trying to figure out how to pay for a parking space that I'm parked at. This app is a game it's like. Park and figure it out.

I was charged a 10 dollar minimum to park when the parking cost 1 dollar. Then the app charged a convenience fee on top of everything. This is ridiculous when this is the only option for parking downtown.
