Generally speaking I'm happy wity Tyro, however the wait time on the merchant helpline is unacceptably long and needs to be addressed. Customers will not wait in this day n age, I have personally lost customers when things ate bot running smoothly.

Was great to begin with. I also have Tyro Eftpos and use tyro health. But then I couldn't log into the merchant portal online, and now I can't log into my bank account either. Still waiting on a call back from tech support to resolve the issue meanwhile can't access my money.

Was a 5 star previously. Latest update no longer allows me to login via pin. Very annoying, having to manually log in, to then not have access. Please rectify

Tyro failed to take tryo fee out of the tyro account when there was more than enough funds to cover it and proceeds to try to take funds out of another linked account that did not have funds. It took them Verna month to fix the situation during which were not able to draw funds out of tryo. They said they could not take funds out of tyro to pay for tyro fee.... mind-blowing. We were lucky that we were able to keep operating they held our tunds limbo. UNACCEPTABLE

One of the most experience EFT facility for small business. Please check with your own bank, definitely they can do better rate on EFT than TYRO. Always problem with EFT machine, and we have to reboot so many times and customer has to wait more than 4 minutes extra to reuse EFT. Paying higher rate of EFT machine to TYRO, and we have to apologize to our customer for wait. PLEASE USE YOUR OWN BANK EFT FACILITY WHICH IS MORE CHEEPER THAN TYRO.
