Now with viva you Don't need any extra device and the results are wonderful. I would like to draw the attention of developer to solve the issue with the app notifications- For confirmation of different actions, the app will not give you this option

I changed phone, and it took them a month and multiple complaints to fix an issue where I couldn't authorize payments to my own account due to their MFA issues. Then they asked me to verify my account. Each time I submitted a document they rejected it or asked for more, without explanation or clear instructions. After the 6th time I gave up and closed my account. Have moved to another provider. Do not use.
