Good service overall, used in 3 shops. Only problem I have is the in-app authentication for payments isn't working. Initially thought it was due to old phone not being able to update as it was on android 10, but just got a new phone, has the latest version of app but still no in app authorization, need to use SMS which doesn't always come through properly, and I don't always have the business phone at hand to use this method so restricts ability to pay.

Please add an option to change the default app lock method on phones with a fingerprint sensor to something else. With a broken sensor, you're forced to log out and log in to the app every time you need to access anything on it. On a new phone on Android 14, the app crashes on startup after using fingerprint verification more often than not. Additionally, not once have I been able to perform authentication via the app, since even when I manage to get it to open, it still doesn't ask for it.

I spent 30 minutes trying to make an account. You have to log in after every step. In the verification process they were asking only microphone access so my camera couldn't turn on to take a picture of my ID. It's not possible to delete your account, they can only deactivate it
