Tzumi Dev Team, Since my last review, I went ahead and downloaded it again, and this time it works! Not sure if you made any changes, but I can use the app. Last Review (12/29/2023): "Hey Tzumi Dev Team, Unfortunately I am having the same issue mentioned by others. When I open the app, I am presented with the blue Tzumi splash screen, then a black screen, and after about 30 seconds, a crash error. I have screenshots if needed. Let me know when fixed, and I will test and update my rating :)"

MANUALLY ADD YOUR DEVICE if you are having issues! They should probably just remove the auto add feature and give more upfront instructions for manually adding if they can't sort out bugs with it based on reviews, but I don't feel anyone with 1-star reviews with the app closing when auto adding ever even tried to manually add the device. I had the same issue as others then tried manually adding and had it working great in 5 minutes. Great features and functions once added.

UPDATE: A recent update has removed the ads completely. Thank you!! App is great. Now we have ads. We've had a robotic for about a year. Both the app and vacuum have been stellar up to a few days ago. We now have ads when starting the app and on the main screen. I appreciated how the app was ad-free and quick to operate. Now I'm waiting a few seconds before I can actually get to the controls. Those few seconds may be a petty complaint to some, but it's a warning of what may come for us.

I got a new phone, so I have spent over an hour searching for the tzumi magic tv app needed to continue using the magic tv tuner I apparently wasted money on. This doesn't work, play store doesn't have it. Cnet download doesn't work. Basically do not buy Tzumi products if you expect to use them for than a year! Wish I could give zero stars.

App keeps crashing when I try to connect my vac to it. Having the same issues as others. Uninstalled 3 times with no luck.

I just bought the Smart Clean 2000 and cannot get App to operate. Deleted and Downloaded multiple times and App still closes whenever I attempt to pair the robo vac. Error message says App has a bug and cannot run on Android. Tried to run the vacuum on manual mode after charging. Vacuum immediately launched itself down a long flight of stairs. I guess the drop sensors do not work very well. Lots of broken plastic at the bottom of my stairs now and scuff marks to the wall as it tumbled
