Just purchased FitRX last night, and at first— I was a little reluctant about the app considering some of the connectivity issues people seem to be having. I think it's important to note— make sure the FitRX unit is fully charged before attempting to connect. After a full charge, I downloaded the app, selected the "connect" button on the app and it connected instantly. No issues. Everything seems to work as it should. Hope this helps.

Edit: After checking out more reviews, it was pointed out, very loudly, to turn on location permissions with the app. WHY ISN'T THAT IN THE BOX!? I just bought this an hour ago. The device itself is great, but the app? There's zero reason to have an app if it won't work. I followed the directions once I opened the box. Click the pads in place, place on body, turn on, open app and connect. Followed to a T and nothing works. The app would've been quite nice, but the product works regardless.

It does not work. App fails to load. I paired the device with my phone but when I tried to connect through the app, it was a frozen blank screen. Don't waist your time.

The device itself works well. The app is complete garbage. Never could even connect the device. Don't even waste your time trying to download it!

App needs to be updated to work with newer phones. It will find and connect to the TENS device on my Pixel 7 Pro, but not on my wife's Pixel 10.
