About connecting... TURN ON LOCATION PERMISSIONS! For the life of me I couldn't connect to this damn thing no matter what. I read the other reviews and was about to return it. Even tho I could control it manually, it was a pain since I was using it for my lower back. I decided to go into the settings and turn on the location permissions and works like a charm! It could use some work, but for $30 bucks It's pretty awesome. Hope this helped someone

I don’t normally write reviews but felt this was absolutely needed for this one. This electrode works & is easy to use. Manually you don't know what "mode" your in because to switch you hit the power & + each time Now the APP, I have an Android (personal) & an IPhone (wk) & this app for the electrode would not connect at all on my android but when I tried on the iPhone it connected flawlessly and works perfectly!!! * IOS ONLY * FITRX please update your information that the APP is IOS ONLY !

Edit: After checking out more reviews, it was pointed out, very loudly, to turn on location permissions with the app. WHY ISN'T THAT IN THE BOX!? I just bought this an hour ago. The device itself is great, but the app? There's zero reason to have an app if it won't work. I followed the directions once I opened the box. Click the pads in place, place on body, turn on, open app and connect. Followed to a T and nothing works. The app would've been quite nice, but the product works regardless.

I cannot seem to be able to get it to connect or work with the app! The Tens work great, but this app is garbage.

It does not work. App fails to load. I paired the device with my phone but when I tried to connect through the app, it was a frozen blank screen. Don't waist your time.

App needs to be updated to work with newer phones. It will find and connect to the TENS device on my Pixel 7 Pro, but not on my wife's Pixel 10.
