The tag works great! App works with no freezes or glitches, App DOES run in background, But I couldn't get the app to let me set a custom do not disturb time. OK. So I was in the majority as far as in the beginning thinking I had wasted money on this Tacit. However, after reading the instructions under troubleshooting section, it will not stay connected if the app is closed. You have to go to your PHONE settings, then App settings there. Go to the Tagit app in here and to Battery and remove it from optimized in order for it to stay open and run in the background. It still doesn't use much of your battery life to do this. Once I did this, no trouble.

Annoying app. It won't run in the background and if you close the app it disconnects from the tag and the tag starts beeping. Also, if you accidentally turn off your Bluetooth, you have to delete the tag from your list to reconnect. Waste of money!

The device I got from you guys barely ever worked and now doesn't work at all. I rate you guys one star because your app also doesn't work. Waste of my money. Please make better products. Thanks! :-)

This app and associated tags devices DO NOT WORK! The tags don't even work correctly. Push for five seconds, and it will not power off. Alarm never sounded, just a very short chirp. The remote camera trigger function does not work. The app itself is very buggy and freezes. The tags will not stay connected. Installed the app update and same results. Tag-it is a great concept, but unfortunately a waste of money.
