The app should have the ability to upload pictures already taken, I had taken pictures of the odometer, gas and interior as im searching the vehicle for the last of my stuff. The APP wouldn't let me upload any of my pictures, so I used my wifes phone to take the pictures with the app off of my ohone. I did this because I had already putted hey keys in the drop box and couldn't retake the pictures.

App would not find my location for pickup and that was it, could not do anything without it. Had to call and spent 45 min on the phone. Same problem on return.

Would be a great app if it wasn't glitches. Wouldn't accept my info a couple of times and wouldn't let me return the truck (didn't accept my photo so couldn't continue).

Tried to return a U-Haul through the app as instructed, but could not upload or take photos through the app to verify the return. Ended up having to call Customer Service and email them the photos, so they could upload them into my reservation file for me. The app was useless and ended up wasting a lot of time.
