One step away from awesome! The only app that I know of to offer mixed type interval workouts (distance and time-based intervals in the same workout, whoa!) It' huge! I just have one wish, dev. Nike Running has a fartlek run that says 'Alternate every 2 minutes. Keep it going for 4 km'. If you can add a custom repeating ding or some other sound notification within a distance-based trait, THAT WOULD BE SO AWESOME! This feature alone will bring an army of Nike runners like myself to your user base.

Love it Do you want to: know your current pace/speed? How far you have run so far? Your average speed so far? How long you have been running? Save each run and go back to compare in a monthly bar graph or each one in a line graph to see where you slow down. You can also see a map of each run. Love this app!!!

Had to force stop Was OK for creating my workout, and tracked the distance fine. But when I left the capo screen to play my music, I couldn't get back into the app at all, to see my ongoing workout, pause it, stop it, nothing. I had to go into my settings and force stop the app. It DID track it and finish it though.

. The only problem I have with it is that I will accidently hit the pause button and not realize it for a while. There should be a 'are you sure you want to pause' button that pops up.
