Actual rating: NEGATIVE ONE STARS. The "good" people at Uber Arena decided to force us to use an app to buy tickets. Automatic 1 star. I do not want your app, it is completely needless in the transaction. Just email me the tickets. Thrn the app crashed first 5 times I tried to open it. That's zero stars. Then, when I confirmed payment and the app took me back to the ticket selection page: money wasn't deducted (thankfully), tickets weren't bought. My final rating" -1 stars.

I can't view my AXS Mobile Tickets from my Fairphone. The app just displays an error dialog "Unfortunately we've encountered an issue, and you have been logged out". At the same time I can see my tickets from my other phone (Google Pixel 5). I'm logged in with the same account. Why can't I see my tickets on Fairphone?

I downloaded the app to buy a ticket from the website. The app just opens another built-in browser only to forward you to the same page that tells you to download the app.
