One of the worst and pathetic Broadband Service Provider. I would have experienced it in my life. It's been more than 6:30 hours the internet is not restored at my location. They have already raised complaint and ticket for the same they usually just inform every time there is a fiber issue forwarded to the fiber team. But there is no ETA for the issue when it will be going to be fixed. They don't even care about if it would be hampering at our work.

Not able to recharge by self because the operator has not selected the online payments' facility, this is the worst app about the online recharge process, please don't activate ucn for further inconvenience to you, they provide only details of your package...you are not able to recharge by yourself from this app.
