ULIO Shaper

ULIO Shaper Portal — the all-in-one mobile dashboard for educational program providers on the ULIO platform.
Manage your entire teaching business from one app: create and publish programs, handle enrollments, communicate with students and parents, run marketing campaigns, track performance analytics, and receive payouts — all without switching between tools.
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
Create rich program listings with titles, descriptions, categories (STEM, Humanities, Arts, Business), formats (Live or Self-paced), target grades, duration, and global currency options. Use the built-in AI Wizard to generate program content from text, voice, or a URL. Import details from existing PDF brochures. Manage program visibility with Live, Draft, Under Review, Archived, and Rejected statuses.
ENROLLMENT LIFECYCLE
Track every enrollment from Pending through Accepted, Active, Completed, or Rejected. Accept or reject applications with reason selection. Manage 3-stage milestone payouts released automatically after the first session, on the second session day, and after program completion. View certificates and student progress.
COMMUNICATION
Chat in real-time with enrolled and prospective students. Send broadcast messages to entire cohorts. React to messages, reply, and copy text. Organize conversations into separate Chats and Broadcasts.
MARKETING & GROWTH
Build your public shaper profile with a tagline, intro, contact details, and website link. Toggle promotional badges on programs. Create discount coupons (percentage or fixed amount, date-bound). Set up early bird and limited-time offers. Request featured placements on search results, the homepage, or category tiles. Draft and send email campaigns. Use urgency indicators like limited seats or approaching deadlines.
ANALYTICS & INSIGHTS
Monitor page views, unique visitors, average time on page, bounce rate, and favorites. View the conversion funnel from impressions through clicks, enrollment starts, payment attempts, and completed payments.
STUDENT MANAGEMENT
Search, filter, and tag student records with private notes and linked programs. Add students individually or via bulk CSV upload with preview. Create and manage cohorts per program with payout requests. Build public intake forms and manage submissions. Send review invitations manually or in bulk.
BILLING & PORTAL USAGE
View account performance, commission rates, gross revenue, net earnings, and pending payouts. Track 3-stage milestone releases, transaction history, and general enrollment usage. Access scalable system features and operation options tailored to match your organization's operational scale.
SETTINGS & SECURITY
Update personal and business profiles. Configure notification preferences with a global gate and per-event blocking. Set up two-factor authentication via email or WhatsApp OTP. Manage active sessions. Complete KYC verification with company details, tax information, and document uploads. Configure bank and payout details. Choose your preferred language and region.
SUPPORT
Create and track support tickets with subject, description, priority, category, and subcategory. Message support agents directly from the ticket workspace. Manage phone-sharing preferences.
