I don't have the problems the other user report (unresponsiveness, unable to log in the app etc.) but I am missing the sos button the panel has and that while my wife's iphone mimicks the siren when there is an intrusion, mine which is an android doesn't sound anything

Yea was a great app, 5 G caused it to disconnect, 5G,has to be slowed down for older technology to work, race horse trying to catch a tesla. The only way it keeps working, put an older router after the 5G. 5G no Buena.

Very good app. I've only had one issue, and that is that I only get notifications by putting the devices' "addresses" (e.g. motog@uNa.n) in the 3 email slots on the email notifications tab. Without that, no notifications and I'm limited to 3 users that can receive notifications. Any suggestions?

Don't use this app or alarm system based on this! I had it installed but asap everything will go back to our old offline system that was safe reliable and did work. App keepsbtelling you too many logins. Pins are visible to everyone, not hashed. A real nightmare!

Doesn't work at all since I can't even log in. Gives the "too many login failures", same as the other reviewers noted.
