Extremely frustrating and disappointing. The app promises 24-hour verification for SSS Loan Lite, but users can be left waiting for days with no clear update. Payment records are also unclear—some payments already made are not properly reflected, leaving users unsure about their actual balance. Worse, complaints and negative feedback appear to be restricted or blocked. Users deserve transparency, accurate information, and accountability—not false promises and silence.

This app is trash🤬 Customer service is also trashed, no brain, no I. Q. Applied my account two months ago and yet verification is still pending?! What the hell!

Worst experience. I paid my UD SSS Loan Lite on time, but during the payment process, I encountered a system error. To make sure my payment was recorded, I checked the transaction history. After about an hour, the payment finally appeared in my transaction record. However, the next day, I was confused to see that an auto-debit was processed, while the payment I had already made was removed from the transaction record. This is very frustrating.
