My go to every time I'm in Bournemouth town, love these guys! Great app and easy to use.

★★★★★ Wendy Farenden · Jan 31, 2026

This app is so good and easy to use as you can book a taxi in advance for when you need it and friendly drivers that help you with shopping to your door

★★★★★ Andrew Osborne · Nov 8, 2025

Very good service. Mostly on time, even during rush hour. 08/11/25 - pick up on time, app informative.

★★★★★ Lynda Karpen · May 7, 2024

So easy to use. Makes life much easier. Everything clear and precise. Never really had any problems booking on the APP. The drivers are chatty and friendly too. Extremely happy with the service from United. Drivers are very courteous and helpful

They should send a code that the app asks for, but they don't send

★☆☆☆☆ Gazim Davletov · Nov 17, 2023

The taxi is good, the app is laggy s. with worst map I ever saw. They changed drivers assigning algo, now I often get cars 10 minutes away. After cancelling, they find someone 1 minutes away immediately. Sigh

★☆☆☆☆ Weeping Angel · Apr 12, 2024

After I booked. A trip and took me to my destination the driver overcharged me. I have proof of the original trip and charge and how much they charged me

I would give 0 stars if I could, the call center people are so rude and try to loot your money. We were 4 adults with one infant, I asked them to book 1 big car they said they won't book and could send 2 small cars for £35-40 each. Said I could wait they could send the big car when available, they said call after 15 minutes but denied taking booking for a future time with 5 people. So I booked uber XL for £30. Such a huge difference.
